Are you referring to where to get someone to take a picture of your house?
If so, then any pro photographer should be able to help you out.
If you want to go cheap, then go to the local college and check out the photography department and see if a student wants to make a few bucks.
Heck, if I lived in your area, I could do it cheap, just to add to my portfolio.

Air photos of your neighborhood are probably available on-line. In some cases these are many years old, so it could show a former resident.
