high heels or am i too tall.? my bf has a problem with it?

i am 5 11" and my bf is 6 3" and when we got together he said he loved my height and i loved gettin glammed up to go out with my heels on and i felt confident. . ive just been signed up to do some modelling work. and since ive started my bf now makes alot of comments about my height and if i wear heels he complains i look to tall and makes me take them off. he says tall girls should wear flats and when he sees me modelling says i look terrible with heels cos i look too tall for a girl . i just dont understand his problem, before i started modelling he werent bothered if i wore heels. when i asked him why he dosent like me wearing them he tells me to shut up. so now i dont wear them anymore but i was just wondering do other tall girls wear heels.

I'm 5ft11 just like you and i wear high heels and i know men love that much more than a chick wearing flat shoes. It doesn't matter how tall you are, women can always wear high heels, no woman is too tall for that. If he can't handle your height, it's probably cause he isn't much of a real man, he sounds very insecure, so he suits better with a short girl so he won't feel a threat to his fragile masculinity. Don't worry, you will find a much more masculine man.

First of all he's WRONG for telling you to SHUT UP!! Second, who is he to tell you you're too tall to wear heels?!?!?! How many of your modeling companions also wear heels?? Probably most of them...And how many are tall also?? Again, probably most of them.

SO...Are YOU too tall to wear heels or is he TOO INSECURE to be with a woman who is confident enough to look classy, wear exciting clothes and be ones self??

Personally, I think he's jealous of your modeling and KNOWS that other guys will be looking at your pics. And if you're modeling anything racy he knows you'll DEFINITELY have a male audience, which, in his mind, makes YOU the focus of attention of more guys than just HIM. And THIS he doesn't like!! The thing he can't correlate is those other admirers are guys who will probably never see you in person, let alone have the opportunity to meet/date you!!

So...Are you too Pretty for him?? Are you too pretty to model? Are you sexy for him?? Of is he just trying to CONTROL you and you're fashion?? Keep you JUST for him?? Have you model JUST for him??

What bothers me MOST in your question is he's now making comments about your height?? And MAKES you take your heels off??? DON'T PUT UP WITH THAT!!!! He's trying to CRUSH YOUR SELF ESTEEM AND CONFIDENCE in a bid to get you to quit modeling!! What a jack@#$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are PLENTY of other guys who will appreciate you for who YOU are!!

So where's the problem?? It's in HIS head!! Tell him to kiss off if HE doesn't have the self-esteem to be with you...and be PROUD of YOU...and the fact that HE IS WITH YOU!!! And most of all, DO NOT LET him RUIN YOUR SELF-ESTEEM by listening to what he says looks good and doesn't on you...You're MODELING!! Take your cues from what you model, what your photogs and employers say!!

he is very jealous that u started modelling and that other guys will check u out too. he tries to make u feel bad so u will quit da modelling thing and other guys wont b able 2 c u. dont mind what he says just b confident and love ur height. hey ur going to make bank becuz of it so smile and dont care wut he says.
