If it is a school on-line it doesn't really matter if it is located in PA or not - there are some schools that have open enrollment and I would suggest you look at http://homeschooling.gomilpitas.com/regional/Region.htm as a guide to find what you are looking for.

Yup, just go to www.laurelsprings.com. It is an online school and you can start any time. It gives full credits and teaches children from k-12 grades. I go there, and all you need to do your schoolwork is an internet connection. I live in CA and my teacher lives on FL and it works out just fine.
