like everything is going great, but something or someone is going to ruin it and it'is not going to last. i have been getting this feeling alot lately. everything is going great for me, so why cant i just accept it?

yes, sometimes i feel that way. i guess you just have to grasp hold of what's good, and just let the bad feelings go away, and think of all the good things in life not the bad!

Were you raised with a negative world view where it was not allowed to enjoy live? That could be a reason why you are afraid to loose the good thinks happening to you. If this is the case you probably have to retrain your thoughts and allow you to enjoy good things in live.

I get that way all the time but only from experience. its like you feel if you get TOO content or happy or excited, its all gonna come crashing down. eventually you will have to mellow it out and just be neutral. thats what i did, i force myself not to feel overly excited or overly pessimistic either. it helps when something big happens....doesnt that feeling just suck? good luck with everything im sure it will turn out fine.

I have had that feeling, in fact I felt that way today... but you have to let it go and just tell yourself everything happens for a reason and God will guide you through it all no matter what! =-)

that's called your gut instinct.....i would listen to it.....every time i have ignored my gut instinct i got burned in a big way.......
Go ahead and feel GREAT about your life being FABULOUS right now, but don't turn a blind eye.
