Hmmm well assuming you can't have booze there.

For a good party you need to have different areas of enjoyment. I would get a dj or rent some decks and get a friend who is a budding dj to provide the music. Make sure there is plenty of food. Maybe have a gaming area set up with an xbox 360 or something or if that is not in budget try twister. 7 minutes in heaven is a good game to play too. Prizes are good if you let people know in advance. I went to a party where there were 6 prized given out... Best dressed male and female. Party animal, Best dancer, Life and soul and I cant remember the other one... but it was fun... We got a bottle of wine for our efforts. It really depends on you and your friends, your budget and your venue. You have left it a bit late to sort out though.

Good luck and have a great birthday! (It was mine last Saturday)

I have some other ideas so just email if you need some help.

You can't really plan those, usually they just happen. The trick is to invite a LOT of people. Keep it legal though. Have a band if you want to be rowdy.
