You know, at school, they teach you Hitler was bad, they tell you he was bad because he wanted a pure race* and he exterminated jews because of that matter, and he was racist and all that crap they tell you in school.

But if you really come and think about it, he was doing god's good will.

Yes, he was only doing God's good will. Others have too! For example: Saint Xavier.

The main issue I have with this line of thinking is that it is saying that ALL Jews are greedy, etc. The fact is every race, ethnic group, religion, etc has people that have the problems that you described above. So to stereotype an entire race/ethnic group is irrational.
Actually, Jesus asked that God not allow Him to go to the cross, but then said that He would do what God wanted and not what He Himself wanted. So, it was really God that had His Son crucified...if not the Jews then God would have used a different group of people.
Hitler caused millions of Jews to be killed for an irrational idea that a pure race can exist. Science showed no proof, but this "agenda" got the people of Germany at the time to rally behind a leader. Remember, Hitler also hated blacks and anyone that did not fit a VERY slim profile. If you are not white, blue-eyed, 5'10, and have an IQ over 110 then you may have ultimately been "gassed" as well...
