My employer paid the mover (for my household and car) directly for the relocation service. Can I deduct this amount on tax return? Thanks!

No you did not pay the moving expenses out of your pocket
if your employer included that amount in your wages on your W2 then you might if you met all of the qualifications

No. Only unreimbursed expenses may be claimed. If you didn't pay it, there's nothing for you to deduct.
