Its peeing.. as if its gross or not.. well thats up to you to decide.. I just find it mildly amusing myself...
ADDENDUM: BTW its not unsanitary at all.. urine is baically steril unless you happen to have a tract infection or other medical problem (any MD will and can confirm that FACT)

A golden shower is best given than receiving, I don't think I would want anyone peeing on me.
Some people are into that sort of thing and the only thing I have to say about that is to each their own.

OK WAIT THE HELL A MINUTE!!! if you was stung by a jellyfish you would be begging for one ! no kidding . it immediately soothes the burning sensation you suffer from the toxins the jellyfish leaves in you . it has to do with a chemical reaction from the ammonia in the urine. other than that you have to be pretty twisted to enoy one of those.this has got to be the best answer

Yes it is something very gross and unsanitary! I would tell you but I don't think its ok to say on yahoo. But trust me it is very gross,nasty and unsanitary!!
