i dont think im very "attractive" at all but the cutest guy you will ever see siad he thinks im pretty. and i just cant believe it. he sisters best friend told me this and i dono y he sister would lie. this is just about the most amazing thing ever but im just wondering.. Guys, can you still think a girl is pretty without liking her? isnt that hard? i mean i do, i cant really think a guy is cute without liking him at least a little bit

Liking a girl and thinking she's pretty are two totally different things! I see pretty girls all the time and I notice how hot they are - that does NOT mean that I like them (hell, I don't even know them!)
BTW you probaby are very attractive - ALL girls think they are ugly, ESPECIALLY the very pretty ones! Since you think you aren't attractive you probably ARE really pretty, you just don't know it!

Of couse you can think a girl is pretty with out liking her. If guy already has someone that he is deeply in love with though, looks won't matter at all unless he is a shameless person who would leave true love on a whim. I think that a guy who either doesn't want to get in a relationship, is too afraid to ask the girl, or looks for more than beauty (personality) could see a pretty girl and not be attracted.
Personally (I'm a guy), I think that a girl that is a friend is the most attractive though.

Well, first off, why don't you think your attractive? That's generally something defined by other people.
K, now that that's on the table, of course! I can honestly say my best (girl) friend is very pretty and cute but I don't like her. I mean I care for herand whatnot, but I'm not wanting to date her or anyhting. She's just, my best friend :)

You can be attracted to someone and only think of them as a friend.
Guys are usually attracted to beautiful things. If they are your friend, they probably find you attractive.

Yes you can think someone is cute or pretty without likeing them, they may be beautiful but really annoying, or slutty, and you just dont like them

I can answer this and im a girl
Guys can find you attractive without wanting to be your boyfriend and without "liking" you.
I have plenty of guy friends who tell me when i look good, but we are friends, nothing more. They can appreciate your beauty without it meaning they want to be with you.

You need to know BEFORE anyone tells you, that you're pretty! It doesn't matter what the hottest guy says.. he doesn't determine who you are. And BELIEVE that you're beautiful! Because when you have confidence, it shows. And the hottest thing anyone can have is confidence in theirself.
