Honey, you are in desperate need of basic information.

Why would you want to eat only whey protein and fruit? How does that seem balanced to you? A well-balanced diet is one that is based on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, and low-fat dairy products. If all you are eating is fruit... and a non-food known as whey protein, you are missing 4 basic food groups. Besides, how are you going to eat the 1200 calories needed to prevent starvation mode - for a person who doesn't work out? You probably need to eat close to 2000 calories if you do "exercise a lot".

Whey protein is used as a muscle rebuilder, yes it will pack on weight. And no that is not a well balanced diet, a well balanced diet consists of all food groups, but with using natural foods. Your metabolism will remain at a high rate for longer periods of time if you were to work out with weights. You dont have to work out to get bigger, do circuit training, it'll tone you out, burn off fat, and keep your metabolism up. Eating a small meal every 2 1/2 to 3 hours will also really help out in keeping your metabolism high. Drinking a lot of water, and doing an A.M., P.M. regimen will help out a lot as well.

Please dont only consume whey and fruits, you will badly damage yourself. Look at any vegetarian and tell me if they look healthy, no the do not. Oh and take a multi-vitamin, that helps out to, and a B vitamin complex on top of that.

If the whey protein and fruit's total calories are less than 800, you will not lose weight. Just be careful which protein you take, as the best one for you are the ones for dieting and it will say that right on the can
