does anyone know any way to get rid of acne on the chest and back?

It starts off being blackheads. Oil stacking up in the pores. You need to dry out the oil. The tried and true method is an alcohol bath two or three times a week. Personally I would shower, or bathe with Dawn dish washing soap. It cuts oil very well. Use a scrubber to reach the back.

my treatments often have 2 versions, one for the face and other more more stubborn acne like the back. I use clearpores facial formula and my bf uses the back and it's really good.

Use whatever you are using on your face to get rid of it. If it is really bad see your doc about antibiotic therapy.
