Spiritus, lepor, et sinceritas.

Spiritus is perhaps the best word for honorable, not overbearing pride.

Lepor is good for grace in the sense of charm and pleasantness.
Venia seems more like a pardon or remission of punishment. "Venia est poenae meritae remissio" Seneca, de Clementia

Sinceritas (integrity, honesty, straightforwardness) Just another choice for integrity.

I would say dignitas, venia, et fidelitas.

*Note on above - Superbia can denote the good sort of pride, but more usually it means arrogance or hubris. Kudos on the last two, though - venia and fidelitas (fidelis is the adjective, fidelitas the noun) are much better words for grace and integrity than would be the more obvious gratia and integritas. Never would have thought of them myself.
