Out of those two, definitely Zoloft. Wellbutrin can make anxiety worse. Zoloft is in a class of antidepressants called SSRIs (Selective Seratonin Reuptake Inhibitors). Depending on your body chemistry, Zoloft may not work for you, or the side effects may be too much to handle. Don't let this discourage you though. Another SSRI may help you, and if not, there are still tricyclic antidepressants that work well with anxiety too, such as Imipramine. Try not to lose hope that you can overcome this, although at times I know its tough.
Also try and get to the root of the problem and try to understand why you're experiencing so much anxiety. Psychological treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy help you to understand what causes you distress and helps you to change your perceptions to relieve you of that anxiety. Therapy is especially important for long-term treatment. With therapy, it is easier to avoid slipping back into negative thinking that will lead to more anxiety.

Having been on both, all I can speak from is personal experience. Wellbutrin gave me a LOT of really bad side effects, including stomach upset and loss of sex drive.
I've been on 50 mg of zoloft for a year now, and happy to report that I've had NO side effects (except the odd bout of insomnia that happens when I forget and take my meds too late in the day).

Neither one worked for me, in fact Wellbutrin gave me suicidal thoughts. Now I'm taking a Effexor. Only time will tell if it helps. There are many different anxiety meds, but no test to tell which one is right for you. It's a proses of elimination. I'm on my fourth different med.
I hope you get lucky and get the right one on your first shot.
Best of luck to you.

Zoloft is used for depression accompanied by anxiety.
Wellbutrin is an effective anti-depressant but is not generally used to treat anxiety.
