Has anyone ever tried carb blockers, and if so...have they helped you lose weight? I am asking before buying. Thanks in advance!

carb blockers block carbs, good and bad. I would not reccomend them as you need good carbs for propper health and metabolism, which makes these even contradictory. Low carb dieting does not make you loose weight. Healthy food dieting does. Lowering carbs helps to a certain point only because it limits bad carbs along with the good.

yes, for me it worked. I tried BSN Lab's cheaters Relief, which is a carb blocker for bodybuilders. Its for when us bodybuilders cant control our appetite(which is like only once a month, if ever) and eat fatty foods loaded with carbs for like a day or two, or when we dont feel like training and dieting. But we dont take that stuff everyday...i guess u really shouldnt, because thast bad for u. U need sum fat and carbs. So when i feel like eating fatty foods, thats the only time i take it...other times i dont..And about the losing weight thing, NO u dont lose weight. For me, i never gained weight, thats all. Dont expect to lose weight without exercise or dieting. THERE IS NO PILL ON THE MARKET TODAY, AND I MEAN NONE, THAT CAN MAKE U LOSE WEIGHT JUST BY U TAKING IT AND DOING NOTHING!!
