Ive lost 6 lbs in less than 3hrs.. You have alot of water-weight in your body so you must take waterweight loss into consideration.. So if your asking whether gaining 3 lbs of pure muscle or losing 3 lbs of pure fat is tougher...id say 3 lbs of muscle was easier..IMO
