why is it that when ur in a relationship n u have a dramatic mood swings n u dont want ur loved one 2 b part of that bt they dont want 2 get off the phone w u when u no that ur going 2 4get everything n leave him confused, mad, and some other werid emotion how do u deal w these dramatic mood swings n not get him into them?

They are doing it because they care about you and it worries them when you go through these swings. The best thing you can do is be honest and tell them that you need to be the one to figure things out and you want to do it alone. Tell them that you understand that they want to help but it will only make things worse for you because you don't want to drag them into this.

You don't. He'll learn that when you need "you time" you just need it. I go through that with my girl when it's getting to be "that time of the month" It took me a little while to actually understand that it was that important to her, but I realized that in giving her that time it helped our relationship.
