ok theres this boy were really good friends but i know he likes me and he knows i like him but heres the thing he says he to scared to ask me out b/c everybody starts talkin about him but if he really wanted to be together why does he care what other ppl think

Ask him out instead, and if he objects because he can't handle the peer pressure, then tell him he is insecure and needs to become a man.
