Tell him in person and try to be as honest as possible. Everybody knows the whole "its not you, its me"routine and frankly anybody can see right through that.

However, if you have been cheating on him it is not worth to hurt someone that much and to end the relationship with him not trusting you and hating you. There are some things that are just not worth saying when it comes to the end of a relationship.

Don say it out front like that, because that will make his self-esteem level drop a million feet below...and i doubt he will b happier in anutha relationship...jus go to him, ask him what he feel and think about the relationship, then say that you don feel that the relationship is goin anywhere, that it keeps on hittin this wall, and just tell him that he didn do anything ( to make him feel beter) and say you would stil like to b good friends....Or just tell him that you don feel the same way you used to....which eva wun works best.....GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

It's pretty simple...tell him to his face...not in an email or over the phone or net. Just tell him that you're not feeling it anymore and that it's best if he found someone new because your heart just isn't in it anymore.
