This is my first time to see your question. Sorry that you haven't gotten the response that you need. I've had two children of avg birthweight. This is what I know from my experience....
1. Cocoa butter does help. You need to massage it as often as you can.
2. Scratching your body does not cause stretch marks. It is just a myth. Stretch marks are created by tears in your under layers of skin caused by the weight gain and pressure from the growing uterus.
4. My boobs did not become saggy and shrink after giving birth. However, I did breastfeed for my second child. Now, I must say with age-they most likely do that. Also, please, I can not stress enough how important it is to get properly measured for a good support bra. Your breasts do change quite a bit during and after pregnancy. You will have to get yourself measured every 3months and you will most likely have to buy different bras everytime until your body is done with the drastic changes.
4. It took me longer to lose weight with the first child. I went crazy with the idea that I was eating for two and gained 80lbs.
Boy, did I regret that. With my second, I was so terrified-and I had a bad case of the flu and then food poisoning that I actually lost weight during pregnancy. Breastfeeding ( if you find it to be practical for you) will actually help you to lose weight faster.
Also, I'm all for what makes the mom most comfortable, but my experience with breastfeeding was so great. My first child hated it and I didn't know what I was doing.----so with my second child I had a lactation specialist coach meet with me at the hospital during my stay after childbirth. It was so great to not have to get up in the middle of the night or wee hours of the morning to get a bottle ready and at a safe warm temperature. All I had to do was
lay my baby near me and breastfeed. It made my life so easy.
So, If you are interested in breastfeeding, I highly recommend asking your obgyn to set you up with a lactation specialist.
She made life so much easier giving me the know how that I needed to make breastfeeding successful. I've helped most of my sisters and sister-in-laws with their breastfeeding problems.

1. People will tell you to use cocoa butter but i did and it didnt help. It reduces it some but you have to use the crap out of it.
2. Yes, it itches because it is stretching and sometimes it gets dry. My doc said yes to avoid itching it
3. I dont know about shrinking lol mine actually got bigger! So did a lot of my friend! The reason they get saggy though is mostly if you breastfeed (which is really really good for the baby) If you dont breastfeed they will probably still get a bit saggy just from filling up with milk and the pull of gravity! I say use a very supportive bra the whole time.
4. Honestly it depends on your metabloism and how much you excersise. Its no different than trying to get fit when you never been pregnant. I didnt exercise at all after my birth and lost a lot of the weight around her first birthday. (but got pregnant again!) So mostly do A lot of sit ups
5. Another helpful hint about your baody changes are dont look foward to going back into your little jeans if you are a small person. If not from weight itself, when you have a baby it spreads your pelvic area. A lot of times the bones stay that way and thats what people mean by having child bearing hips. I lost the weight but couldnt get my jeans over my hips.

Christ. Maybe if your questions were actually more than "I'm silly and didn't research anything BEFORE getting pregnant" more people would answer.
Honestly, you're having a -kid-.
Okay.
Cocoa butter "helps" you with stretch marks because it gives you moist skin. Moist skin has better elasticity. Elasticity is what allows your skin to give without having those unusual marks. Often, though, growth is too quick for cocoa butter to -really- help.
Scratching your body is a silly.. silly, silly myth. Above answer explains why. Scratching gives you scratches, not stretch marks.
Your breasts will expand. And then suddenly deflate. Some breasts end with a sag, some don't. It's called prolapse - and it's a battlescar of motherhood. Deal with it.
Extra weight - depending on your metabolism and how much time you have to exercise it can take.. well, it can take anything. Breastfeeding helps, so don't cheat your baby out of those extra nutrients because it helps -you- too. Also prevents you from getting pregnant right after a pregnancy.
...No more information. Go look up.. babycenter.com or something like that for more.

1. Cocoa butter helps smooth them out..there's really no way to prevent stretch marks..unfortunately, it's part of pregnancy with alot of women..sorry!
2. No, scratching does not cause them as far as I know. You get them from weight gain and loss.
3. Every woman is different. My boobs actually increased a size since my pregnancy and are not saggy at all. Breastfeeding your child really plays a role in that. I breastfed my daughter and they grew!
4. I took me about 6 months to get the weight off. I do believe that's about the normal time frame for your body to get back into shape.
Hope my advice helps! If you need to know anything more, don't be afraid to contact me!

Try vitamin E oil, that helped prevent me from getting stretch marks....I think the scratching your stretchmarks is a myth....My boobs did not become saggy until i gave birth to my 3rd child....my first two births i had it only took about 3 months to get back to where i was....the older you are the longer it takes to get back into shape.....I guess it really just depends on if you exercise after the baby and what not....congrats and enjoy your new bundle of joy:)

1. Cocoa butter does help, so does Vitamin E & Aloe
2. I haven't heard that at all.
3. They become saggy and shrink after giving birth, especially if you breastfeed, but if you breastfeed, they only become saggy and shrink after you stop breastfeeding.
4. It took me a full year to get rid of the weight. Breastfeeding is no time to be on a diet.
I didn't see any of your questions. I don't know why people weren't answering.
