I've been trying to meet people on-line(it hasn't been going so good,i seam to run in to alot of crazy people and fakers)and I got in a huge mess on line. Besides the internet, what else would be a good way to spend time and meet new people?

Crazy is right. Be careful. Join local clubs, even church groups, network with friends. Volunteer at different functions. Good luck and don't let people on the Internet get you down. The weirdos have to hide somewhere I guess.

there is plenty of things to do to keep guys off your mind, firstly guys will be there anytime and theres no time to waste on chasing guys around they will come to you naturally, and yeah there is heaps of places to meet new people get a few of your mates together and do somethink different for a change, tenpin bowling, and see if anyone wants to play in teams, or maybe going to a pool club, or somethink that you are interested in any kind of club, they are friendly and if you have alot in common then it will be easy to get to know others. say like the star wars club have a look on the internet and find out the clubs in your area that you might be interested in.

well, you shouldn't date people from online! And you could get your mind off of boys by thinking of them as your really annoying brother if you have one! Or if you don't have a brother just don't talk to them no matter how much you want to!

if you want to know new people go to a bar.
if you wanna forget guys, do a lot of sports! you can use a lot of energy this way, and besides...jogging in a park is a way of getting to know men too.

Sporting events, parks, malls, grocery stores, bookstores are great if you're intelligent and want to meet someone intelligent.
