Roman Catholicism is the world's single largest religious denomination.
As such, it probably has the most money. It does the most with it, too -- the Roman Catholic Church is the largest nongovernmental provider of humanitarianism in the world, hands down.

Probably Christianity and Christianity:
http://www.adherents.com/Religions_By_Adherents.html
This lists Christianity as a third of the Earth's population, but it includes nominal Christians, which makes it a joke, because most areligious people in Christian countries would be considered nominal Christians.
The second largest group, at 16% is non-religious, and I'd consider the nominal Christians to be non-religious, so that would make them about equal.

As far as I know Catholicism is the largest denomination. Protestants fall under so many different ones...
They therefore have the most money, again as a single denomination.
