It's too late for you to skip an entire grade. You can test out of individual classes, but skipping an entire grade is pretty much out of the question (unless you test out of enough classes that you only have to take 3 years of high school.)

No offense, but you don't seem to be all too talented in English, and English is very important. If you skip a grade, you'll lose one extra year of English. Perhaps you are a smart person, but intelligence without practice or education is just some really smart guy who flips burgers at Mickey Dees. You need the education, no way around it.
As far as skipping certain classes because you feel they are too easy, you are free to try AP (Advanced Placement) or higher-level classes, I think you can test into those.

I think that it will take a lot more than a B grade or a C grade to skip a grade! You also have to be socially ready to skip, because these kids are older than you and might be more mature. If you do believe that you are smart enough, then try signing up for an advanced class, I think that a lot of schools provide them.
