Lightly popped popcorn without butter is pretty good, but if you have to go for the butter, a cup of buttered popcorn equals 35 calories, and doesn't have that much of anything else.
I would recommend grapes, maybe cereal if you didn't eat a lot beforehand. A cup of cereal is equal to 100 - 200 calories (depending on what brand) and usually has better nutrients than the popular salty snack. Crackers can accumulate great calories if you don't watch yourself.

they say popcorn is great, or raisins, i usually grab some crackers, but they are not the most tasty, grapes are really good but i usually stick to popcorn. good luck an enjoy your movie, if you want to live dangerous ( i do sometime lol) i have that "unhealthy food" potato chips.
