Are you searching for a particular woman or just in general she has to be 5'6 and 115 lbs. I'm 5'4 105 lbs and love tennis. ;) haha

What else would you like in your order? Dude, your expectations are a bit high. When you find someone you are attracted not just because of height or weight but because of who they are. Try not to make a "must-have" list, you will find the one much sooner.

Yes, but she wouldn't be interested in someone like you that's completely hung up on her looks and weight. But if you ever did meet her I would dare you to ask her to step on a scale to prove her weight (which I would completely expect you to do to make sure she "measures up" to your requirements). She'd probably beat your narcissistic @$$ and tell you to get a life.
