True Christains should be teaching the "Love of God." Jesus did not use scare tatics. He showed love to everyone. There were times when He was angry with people and their stupid traditions. But, generally speaking, He showed love to everyone, rich or poor, heathens, gentiles, or Jews. Should not Christians be following his example?

Good question, but I think we need to tell both sides. Theres nothing I hate worse than a preacher telling everyone how great things are. They are not great, the world is going to hell and it needs to be said. Oh, sorry for telling the truth.We don't like the truth sometimes. When I hear the fire and brimstone messages I start getting my act together a little better and start getting more serious about my SHORT life on earth. If Jesus didn't want us to know it would not be in His word in so many places.
