Well, it sounds like the most successful dieting method to take you to your grave. THE MOST SUCCESSFUL DIET is to eat healthfully. Lots of fresh vegetables, some fresh fruit, some lean protein, some no fat, low fat dairy, some whole grains, 6 glasses of water and 30 minutes of exercise per day. LIVE SUCCESS.

Absolutely not. This would simply be very dangerous. Any successful diet will have a large variety of foods, from breads and cereal to meats and yes, even chocolate cake on occasion. Limiting your beverage choice to water is an excellent choice, though. Sodas have way too much sugar. One can of soda can give you the caloric intake of a light meal without the vitamins, minerals, or fiber. Juice is a good boost, but unneccesary if you have an already varied diet.
The celery burning more calories than it contains... That's debatable. Snopes.com says it's true, many doctors say it's false... Either way, up or down, the calories in celery are negligible. The best use for them in a diet? When you get a craving for something to munch on, eat some PLAIN celery.
Also, my public service message insert: Always see a doctor before going on a diet. Really though, please do. Your dieting goals and your matabolism are not the same as your friend who lost a ton of weight on the [celebrity name] diet. A doctor appointment is also cheaper than the pills on TV.

How long can u survive on this formula?
Please follow the following change in ur life style:
1. Eat only when hungry.
2. No more than three meals a day with nothing except water in between. The only exception being if u r diabetic.
3. Eat each morsel of food at least 32 times so that brain gets information from stomach and generates a signal that u have had enough.
4, Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly.
U will loose/gain gracefully.

WRONG. While celery does burn more calories than it puts into you, it does not contain all of the food groups.. Actually, it only contains one. You need more than just vegetables and water to lose weight, and you might actually find yourself with less energy during the day, and you probably won't want to exercise. Unless you plan on eating only celery and water the rest of your life, I suggest you find a balanced diet (all of the major food groups) and a good 30 minute aerobic exercise workout.

No it will not because it takes more energy to eat celery than you get from it so you will crave and then Benge. Do not do that. Celery is a good snack to have something to do. Most of the eating we do is from habit not hunger. It is the habit that has to be addressed and changed.
As with any addiction you honestly have to want to do something about it. Most people do not truly want to take care of them selves properly and actually eat them selves to death. Sure a slow way to commit suicide.

If you eat celery, you lose calories so it's a good idea to put peanut butter inside the little semi-circle and even sticking raisens to the peanut butter to balance your diet even better. Just exercise several days a week, nothing big and don't force yourself to exercise.. make it a sport so you enjoy it.

There are not enough nutrients in celery alone. Our bodies need a balanced diet to include protein and carbs. You can go to mypyramid.gov to see what is considered a balanced diet.

no, you need nutrients for your body to work properly. celery is basically water and salt in a tough, plant form.
what might work is taking a multivitamin with your celery and water, you'll still lose weight but you'll also be healthy

Celery has it's benefits but not nearly enough to constitute a diet, you need to speed up your metabolism really.
