Im not a doc but blushing has to do with rapid blood flow to you skin and as far as I know there is no med to reduce that.
Sorry

I have the same problem. And when I blush and hide my face my scalp turns bright red... So either way, I was always even more embaressed. Think of it this way... So many girls pinch their cheeks and put on blush to get what you do naturally! Its probably very cute!! I wouldn't worry about it too much!

I blush easily too...it sucks. I also have rosacea, and my dermatologist told me that blushing easily is a symptom. I don't think there's really anything you can do for the blushing (sometimes when I blush, I say I'm suddenly feeling hot as a cover up) but there is treatment (cremes, gels) for the rosacea.

Do you have rosacea? Sometimes redness like you describe can be a symptom of it.

If you do have it then you can use special cleansers, moisturizers and even medications, if necessary.

Additionally, redness can be helped by avoiding alcohol, caffeine, spicy foods and temperature extremes.

I you know you are about to start blushing, or are in a situation you think will cause you to blush, sometimes thinking about blushing will stop it from happening.
