If a guy describes you as funny, cute, sexy, an annoying he is basically saying he doesn't want to be with you. He is saying all your good qualities like your funny and innocent but cute and oh so sexy but your annoying signifying that he finds you an annoyance. Sorry but if you want to be more than friends its a no go but if you want to stay friends just get use to the commetns like your so annoying

It sounds like a good thing. I'd take it as a compliment. He probably sees you as more of a friend/sister to brother than a potential in a relationship, though.
