You bought the van AS-IS which means, If the vehicle breaks in half while pulling out of the dealer, YOU OWN BOTH HALF'S!!!!

Yes, in Ohio you do. they may charge you a "rental" fee but you have 3 BUSINESS DAYS. They will say you don't but it is clearly stated on the contract. Now would be a good time to read all the small print..

I used to work in installment loans, and I know that in NJ you have a 3 day right of rescission any time you sign a contract. You do have to have a valid reason for wanting to terminate the contract.

AS IS MEANS AS IS. YOU COULD GO TO THE DEALER AND TELL HIM THE PROBLEM AND THAT YOU INTEND TO GO TO MAGISTRATE COURT IF HE DOESN'T MAKE IT RIGHT.
