I have a serious arm and thigh problem. Like on the upper part of my arm, like where the muscle is, I have like those baggy granny arms and I want to get rid of them fast! I also have ridiculous size thighs! I Really want to get rid of them by the end of the school year but I am having no luck in the weight room in gym class. Have any ideas on excersizes or any thing else?

swimming, running, rowing machine, kick boxing, anything to get your heart rate up and move your arms and legs.

You have ruled out medical issues as edema, right?
edema is basically water retension, and can be reduced by diet, lowering sodium etc.(diet should be looked into anyways. I'm sure water retension is part of your problem) the cause of edema though should be check out and compression stockings may be recommended.

WELL FIRST OFF THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT BECAUSE ANYTHING WORTH HAVING REQUIRES WORK. AND LOSING WEIGHT DOESNT COME FAST..... CARDIO VASCULAR WORKOUTS ARE A GREAT WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT OVERALL BUT ABOUT 200 STOMACH CRUNCHES A DAY AND 100 CALF RAISES SHOULD DO THE TRICK BUT MAKE SURE U MAINTAIN A HEALTHY DIET OR IT WONT MAKE A DIFFERANCE.

You should run every morning or every afternoon for your thighs. For your arms, well try jumproping. That will help your arms, thighs and according to our health teacher your height.

Swimming!! I played water polo in high school and I had great arms! My legs were too muscular though, so it was kinda manly and my shoulders were broad... just swim less!
