i finally have money again, and i want to do something fun with my hair.
my skin is really fair and i have brown hair, naturally.
what color should i dye it, should it be highlighted, two colors, etc..
also, how should i cut it?

Okay. Complicated topic but kind of easy to answer. First you have brown hair so I would get highlights but since you said you have money try and get someone good. DON'T GO WITH 2 COLORS. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY!!! And for cut go with layers but(again)since you said you have money get someone good not like supercuts or something like that.

I've always liked the self style hair where it looks like you put some effort through it and it looks good but all you did was shampoo and dry. something unique and classic usually stays in style and won't bring you tears.
