Absolutely!! It helps me with cravings too.

When I'm eating lowcarb I get to feel like a normal person when it comes to food. I eat when I'm hungry - now theres a concept!!! No clue why I go off plan sometimes - it always bites me in my butt when I do because i turn into a ridiculous eating machine...

When I lost a lot of weight on a low carb diet, I was never hungry because I could have all the protein (meat, eggs, hard cheese) I wanted. It takes protein longer to digest so I never got hungry (but if I had, I could have eaten all the allowed food I wanted.)

They do if you eat plenty of protein. The protein is what keeps you feeling fuller longer.Hope that helps.
