At 14 you shouldnt be concerned about losing weight quickly. It can mess up your health permanently. Follow serving sizes on packages, eat lots of fruit, drink lots of water and excersize. Too many young ladies are concerned about weight for no reason. The average size for women is a 14.

If you are just looking to loose weight, slowly dehydrate yourself or sweat it out by wearing a sauna suit and exercising at night and in the morning. You will not loose fat, in that amount of time you would only loose maybe 5-7 pounds of fat, the rest will be water weight. Another secret I used to cut weight, drink a gallon of distilled water right before bed, I would drop between 7-10 pounds the next day. But trust me the only way is to cut your water weight, but this will ultimatly damage your kidneys and make you accessable to stones, failure, fatigue, and more weight gains in the close future.
But hey this is the advice, its up to you if its worth the risk, which trust me, its not.

you cant lose weight that fast otherwise you will gain it all back.
eat lots of protein,(i like cold cuts a lot for lunch) and dont eat a lot of carbs so if u get fast food for dinner, get a grilled chicken sandwich and dont eat the bun, and drink LOTS of water. water is very important about 8 big glasses every day.
for exercise, target your problem areas. for stomach, do 2 sets of 30 sit ups before breakfast, 3 sets of 30 after lunch or when u get home from school, 3 sets of 30 before bed. for thighs, do lots of lunges they work really good. for arms do push ups.

yep agree wid person above, not safe to lose alotta weight so quickly. i wanted to lose weight and i started workin out. i feel great and lost like 10 lbs in 6 wks and i worked out only 4 days a wk. best thing is to not mess up ur body wid diets n fat flushes instead workout workout and melt that fat away...eat lot of veggies and fruits. take baby steps, you wont lose weight (long term) if u jump into a lifestyle that's not you...you gotta adapt slowly so u can keep it up for the rest of your life...ppl lookin for quick fixes get ripped off by these diet fads...plus they don even work. oh and go to ivillage.com and read their articles about nutrition and exercise.

well there is no healthy way to loose weight super quick
30 pounds took me 3 months
of eating right and working out the right way
if u do it the unhealthy way all thats gonna happen is ur gonna gain it all back and even more on top of it
there are so many sites to read about good ways to help along loosing weight the healthy way why dont u try reseaching that?

eat a rainbow of colors have at least one brightly colored fruit or vegetable in each meal and if appropriate eat the skins thats where youll find a powerhouse of antioxidants
