Probably not....he IS annoyed with our international politics,.. BUT,... he is a 'negotiator', not a terrorist. I think you miss construed his frustration for something else...

What he said was America has put the world in a very dangerous situation and they will not allow USA missile bases to be built on their border and allies.You know the world has been fighting all sorts of terrorism since before 9/11 and probably will for years to come.

Where in Putin's remarks does it indicate that terrorism will be used?. I don't see any reference to terrorism, implied or otherwise.

No he is just trying to regain influence in eastern europe, it probably wont work I doubt anyone in Poland or the Check replublic care what the Russians think. they have their own troubles with terrorism so they are pretty much just blowing smoke.
