You can donate 1 kidney, a lobe of your liver, and that will help people cope with cancer. A kidney procedure is pretty safe and you can live pretty swell with only one kidney.

For people with burns or who need reconstruction, a portion of cartilage or tendon will help them.

Other donatable organs are a lobe of a lung, and you can attend local blood drives as well. You're a very lucky person to not be afraid of death, and a good person as well to give your organs to the needy.

Make sure you DON'T donate your appendix because if you accidentily ingest a feather or a non-edible object you won't be able to digest it and funny things will start happening with your excrements and your large intestines will get damaged.

That's great that you want to help save someone else's life. Most people your age are thinking about video games, clothes, partys, ect. I believe you have to be over 18 to donate an organ though. Some states it might be 21. You can donate blood. But I think the only organ you can donate while you're alive would be a kidney. But I would'nt suggest it myself. What I would suggest is going to your local DMV and getting a donor card. If you have an untimely death, you can donate your whole body.

Ah, kids are so full of hope and goodness. The good news is you can donate all your organs and do the most good when you're done with them (after death). When you get your drivers lisence, say yes to organ donation. Then use all that love and goodness in your heart to help organ donation awareness or the hungry or elderly, etc. Many blessings.

You can donate a kidney, and you can also donate part of your liver, because the liver regenerates itself (grows back). You're a good soul. You may also like to become a blood donor. You can save 4 lives with each donation, I believe...and you don't lose any organs doing it. Good luck!!

The only ones I know of are kidneys, bone marrow, and lung. You can actually have a partial lung removed to be donated. You could get tested and have your info. placed in a data bank, and, if someone ever needs bone marrow, they will see if you are a match.
