I dont know if he will race the whole season and as far as does he have a chance at winning the championship yes he does. He's the point leader right now. 2 top 5's and has been running really good. I know its early in the season but this is the best start to a season he has had in a long time. GO MARTIN

He is leading the points now, and unless if something really goes wrong before Bristol, Mark Martin should really try to go for the championship. It would be tough on the fans if he doesn't run the full season when he's at least near the top in the points when Bristol rolls around.

Martin should run the whole season. My brother was a huge Martin fan, until he was sponsored by Viagra, my brother had a hard problem, sorry for the pun, wearing a hat or coat at that point, seeing that he just turned 30. Anyway, I always told him Martin would have a championship if he ran a Chevy. New team, new sponsor, new manufacturer and he is stronger. Run Martin Run.

I think Mark has to be leaning toward a full schedule especially with the two finishes he's had. I can't remeber the last time Mark was number 1 in the standings. But if his team can go the long haul, he's got a chance and I'd like to see him go for it. Kenseth has $200 on Mark racing a full schedule.

I hope so, he's off to a good start. It's way too early to tell if he'll win a championship. If he continues to race strong , he should race the full schedule.

It wouldn't suprise me at all to see him run a full season again this year. And if he keeps running like he did at Daytona and California....I dare say he WILL be champ....and may be able to do so with out winning a single race.

i have been a mark martin fan since he drove the strohs car... i still have my shirts of the stroh's folgers and well all the ones since.. even still have a win dixie shirt from his old bush days.. but since i have always been a ford fan it is hard for me to still root for mark.. but i did pull for him at daytona just for the sentimental reasons of that he never has gotten one... but he has made alot of comments that he has no care at all about racing the COT.. but i think if he continues to do as well as he is doing he could be talked into driving.. i would just hate to see him get hurt or seriously injured when his heart really isnt into the full season... but who knows ...wasnt he supposed to retire 2 seasons ago...lol..
