Q1) Why do a lot of Christians who answer these questions treat the people who ask like they're stupid, or pagans? "For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God." There was 1 town that Jesus and his disciples visited. They weren't welcomed, but told were driven out. The disciples chucked a hissy-fit and asked Jesus if they should call down fire from heaven to burn the town. Jesus was upset and troubled that his disciples would say such a thing. Jesus came to show God's love, and that's what we as Christians are meant to do. So why don't you!!?

Q2) Everyone has their own beliefs and opinions. Noone on this site bags out Muslims (except Christians who shouldn't), noone bags out buddhists or hindus, or atheists (except Christians who shouldn't).
Why does everyone who's not a Christian think they have the right bag out Christianity? Is it because we're called to live holy lives (even though most of us fall short)? Is it because we make mistakes too? Why?

WOW, What a response!!!

FYI, I am a Christian, and I am amazed. I am Australian, not American. I mean, God loves you all, but you didn't have to tear strips of me for asking why.
You don't have to get angry; they are only questions. Do they hit too close to a nerve?

Hey, Earl D

Christianity does NOT condone sexualy immorality of ANY kind, including paedophelia, homosexuality, fornication, incest, promiscuity or adultery. It really hurts the church when our leaders do the wrong thing. Can I also say that Catholics are not Christians. There is a BIG difference called Mary and Saints.
You know what? Christians are sinners too. And God still loves them. He loves you too. He sent his son to die for you.

Many of their answers are programmed into them by religious dogma. They have learned to respond with their teaching and told their simple programming teachings will solve all problems. They have no choice but to answer in their repetitive ways. It's the nature of religious indoctrination.

Ding! Ding!

You have won the hourly prize for "Question That Contradicts Itself Most"!! (Just going from 'Why do Christians...treat people like they're stupid' to 'Everyone who's not a Christian thinks they have a right to bag out Christianity' is a stretch, but my favorite is the vast divide between 'Jesus came to show God's love...so why don't you??' to 'Homosexuality...is sexual immorality..the wrong thing').

When you say 'He sent his son out to die for you' you are treating me like I'm stupid because I don't believe that Christ is the son of God. I respect your opinions and beliefs and I don't end everything I write with 'God cannot bless anyone" because it would insult the beliefs of Christians.

Y'know, I was kind of feeling you until you threw homosexuality and adultery in with paedophilia. Then, you lost me completely.

A person should never blast someone for their beliefs. This is America, and we have the right to express ourselves. But, to bash other people just because of a different belief is wrong. Everyone needs to work together. How much better would the world be if we were solving problems together instead of waging war?

Q1) It's easy: Jesus saved(s) the wretched, sinful souls...forevermore. Everyone sins, from the beginning of man to this day, it's the human condition. God made us the way we are, point being: due the best you can do, consider your choices and listen to your soul (you know, that little voice that tells us we shouldn't...that's our soul guiding us) God loves us completely, whole heatedly. I love Him so much.

Q2) Don't worry, Darlin', it doesn't matter what anyone else says, thinks, projects, ridicules...let it go, be happy, no one's perception of life/religion is the same as your's, nor mine. Don't feel persecuted: believe in what you believe, stay positive and remain compassionate. Live and let live, as long as you stay focused on your own soul and pray for others: do no harm, focus on the positive and pray for the same for everyone that you think/feel needs prayer.

Bless your sweet heart, forget the negative, concentrate on the positive. Pray for humanity, as a whole, God knows we need your sweet prayers.

When you said that you said except though Christians who shouldnt. Well the fact that they do gives us the right to bag them out. See how that works? They do it to us so we do it to them. You proved my point without me having to answer. But I did to point it out to you.

Bravo for your first point.
On your second point, I almost agreed with you, but you're wrong. Other religions are bagged on by Christians, all the time. By Christians saying they are going to hell.
Also, take into consideration that they may be called to live a holy life as well through their religion.

The reason they they see fit to bag Christian dude, not only because some act like no-it-all's like you said, but coz Jesus said that on this earth we will have persecution for His sake, and although it would be great, and Im still believing for it, not everyone in the world is going to turn Christian and so they wont see it from this veiw sumtimes no matter how much we beg and scream and plead and explain, coz they already have their own veiws and dont want to budge. Dont get me wrong, its not like Im sayin they're all idiots who should listen to us, coz we certainly dont have it all together, but, we gotta rely on Him, to get through the hard times, coz they're always gonna be there, but we've got Him... they dont :/

Because some are and we are only human like you and have so much patience.

Are we calling down fire from Heaven or trying to lynch you? Didnt think so.

We are hated by the world for our faith in Jesus. If we renounced Jesus, we would be as much a friend to the world as they are.

Our mistakes don't involve 6 year old girls, religious orders you can't leave except by death, religious orders that tax us, religious orders that arrest us for holding services in their areas, religious orders that TELL you to hit your wife and that it's cool to do that, religious orders that TELL you to behead non-beleivers, religious orders that TELL you to behead homosexuals.

If WE did that to them, you'd REALLY hear a hissy fit and charges of RACISM. If WE beheaded them, taxed them, arrests them for practisting their holidays, BOY what a hissy fit!

Rip off a veil and see what happens!

Boy what a hissy fit!

IT IS THEY who LIE about Jesus.

We are SUPPOSED to accept SERIOUS blasphemy!

I mean, I can deal with Atheists using the term Sky Daddy, but I can't deal with their book calling US blasphemers for our beliefs in Jesus!

Nope, sorry. Hindus, Buddists, Atheists, American Indians, Jews, none of them bug me like them other guys do.

If you want to defend 9 year old girl doers, that's your business.

REMEMBER, if THEY WIN you have to PRAISE that guy!

Go praise a 9 year old girl doer.

Now, I'm not making this up. It's IN their books. They even ADMIT it, except for a few who claims he was 28 and she 23.

SHE wrote about it. SHE gave the details. SHE praised him too. So if SHE is a liar about her age then maybe SHE's also a liar about him being so wonderful and great.

As for me, give me liberty or give me death!

There's a line I draw and one of those lines is about 9 year old girls and PRAISING PEOPLE WHO DO THINGS TO THEM because a RELIGON REQUIRES IT.

If I ever found out Jesus did little girls or little boys, I'D BECOME AN ATHEIST.

If it's COOL and REQUIRED to praise someone with a 9 year old girl, then it should be COOL for certain priests who did certain young choir boys, but NO ONE agree with that one.

EVERYONE is taking THAT ONE TO TASK, but allowing another religious guy who is dead to have his little 9 year olds with impunity because "it's a custom."

I'm assuming YOU have absolutely NO problems with HIM!

Good for you.

I do.

Jesus said don't be judgement. I think there's an exception to every rule and this one I stand on. I'll confront God and Jesus on this one. No 9 year olds. EVER.

Case closed.
