What's his problem, what should i do?

a guy at work tends to be flirty then disrecpects me but he thinks its funny, one of the things he does is that he bitches about me not bussing his tables and threatens not to tip, but i buss his tables in front of his face, then he'll be nice , say hi to me and try to get know me, then he'll make remarks and say i get offended easily and will keep going on about it, he will say things like "your sweater is ripped,do you wanna show off your nice tan", he always asks how old i am after i have told him , how should i treat this guy?

he also wanted to know my schedule at the community college i go to b/c he goes there too and he said" so when are you there so i can hide from you", that's also when he wanted to know where i was from and insisted on knowing how old i am after i've told him many times and he got concerned for me when i told him i didn't like school, why is he like this, he is engaged..

the guy is 24

He is a lech! Ask him is there a menu you can get for him and politely let him know that your schedule is personal and that he needs to keep his comments about your tan to himself. If this continues then report him to management. This is sexual harassment and they can ask him to leave. Do you really need a tip that bad?

Maybe he just has one of those annoying personalities. he may think hes doing a good job flirting with you, but i'd completely avoid him since he seems like a goof and hes engaged

I've dealt with guys like that before. They were usually old men who couldn't remember what I told them anyway. It sounds like hes just very annoying and trying very hard to see how far he can push you. Just tell him you're not interested and to bug off.
