Regular aerobic exercise, and a diet heavy on the whole grains/fresh vegetables is best

Exercise:

*At least 4 days per week, not more than 40 minutes per day.

*Walking (with a light -less than 10 lbs.- weight ).

*Jogging, swimming, bicycling, skipping rope. you get the idea.

*Stay warm, stretch (GENTLY), and hydrate with water (H2O) ONLY (don't buy the hype ...).

Diet:

*Ease off of the preprocessed, and "McTaco Jr.'s" (fast food).

*Add (don't substitute) fresh vegetables (experiment around to find out which types you like the best/can tolerate the most).

*Add whole grains to your diet.

*Eat freshly prepared meat dishes (again, none of that supermarket preprocessed stuff).

And PLEASE remember:

*Young people, especially females, in our society tend to have body image issues. Please be realistic about your weight, and "look".
If you are fit (i.e., you can do basic calisthenics, jog a mile without undue strain, etc.), you shouldn't really be concerned about your weight.

*Please remember that if you stop having periods, you are too thin, and must ease up on the exercise program, okay?

Good luck, I hope this helps.

Hi Star, First thing you need to get rid of all the junk food in the house. No more sodas of any kind. Drink lots of water and start exercising. I would start jogging for 20 minutes for the first month and then add 10 minutes very month. Buy an exercise bike and exercise every day for 25 minutes and add 5 minutes every month. Then buy a stepper this is very good for firming your thighs and tightening up your butt and losing fat from your thighs and butt. Use the stepper for 5 minutes a day and add 5 minutes a month. Stick to this and you will lose weight and firm your muscle-up and lose weight to boot. No cheating at all about the junk food and sodas. You will star feeling a lot better health wise and start looking healthy and lose weight. You can do this and will be happy with yourself and the weight you will lose. A Friend.

Listen the science behind losing weight works for everyone...some just tougher than others.

1) Count your calories, and eat healthy foods. (But don't forget your protien, and necessary fats.) NO FAST FOOD

2) Running does a hella lot of calories burns, probably the best overall exercise for someone looking to burn them. It gets easier to do the more you do it.

3) Be patient. Fitness takes time, and the miracle pills such as Hydroxycut and B.S. diet pill are downright sinfull. (TrimSpa + Anna Nicole= ??) You must stay consistent and do not indulge. You can put the pounds off if you really want to.

p.s. Eat 4-5 small meals a day. Just enough to keep your energy up and your metabolism going. But do not undereat.

Basicly there are two keys to losing weight. Exercise and healthy eating. When you exercise you need a good routine including a cardio that is intense enough to burn some fat. Stay away from fatty foods and sodas. Read this article to find out more.

first of all WTF infernala...??!
and second, if you want to lose weight you have to really cut down on carbs and sweets, get plenty of exercise (like running and Pilate's) and just don't eat anything 2 hours or so before you go to be. It's hard at first, getting yourself on a routine schedule, but once you get used to it, it's not bad at all. You'll feel better and have more energy.

Good Luck!
