Mitchum brand deodorant has a much higher level of antiperspirant than most other brand deodorants. When I was your age I found it helpful. You will grow out of this sweating thing in a few years.

You have probably reached the age when an antiperspirant would be helpful to use on a daily basis. That would help control the sweating under your arms. The hormone changes of puberty tend to make sweating a common complaint, and you are also becoming more aware of your body, and more sensitive to things like this. The hand sweating is more likely due to increased hormone production and nerves, and really there isn't much you can do for that. If it is really critical to have dry hands, you can apply the antiperspirant to the palms on occasion- but you wouldn't want to do that on a daily basis. As time passes and you get older you will have less problem with the palms sweating.

When you are showering you have to massage under your arms for about 3mins each arm, every night and morning. Maybe not as often in the winter time. If there is a shortage of water, do this before you get into the shower at your vanity sink. I think there is also a tablet you can buy over the counter at your pharmacist or drug store that can help the problem also.

Nope! It is apart of puberty. Some girls have it worse than others. Just use deoderant and carry a hankerchief every where you go so you can wipe your hands. lol
