Can any one translate this for me? (I'm not sure that it really means anything or makes sense)
Thanks for takin' the time!
Here's the "phrase" : Indulgeo mihi can vos dico mihi qua valde vox of malum est locus?

The 'can' and 'of' in there are English, not Latin. It looks like someone has taken a statement in English and run it through one of the online translators in an attempt to translate it to Latin. They invariably butcher translations, and that's what you have here.

It won't work to put it back through a Latin to English translator. It just gets even more mangled.

As an absolute wild guess, with no guarantee of any accuracy, the original may have been:

Excuse me, can you tell me where the great voice of evil is located?

I indulge for me "can" you I say to me by which scarcely the voice "of" evil is the place.

This is gibberish.
