God judges the heart. He does not condone calling others names or stupid, he does however tell his believers to witness and tell others when they are mislead. This does not add up to calling them stupid. Just like Jesus said that lusting after someone is adultury, it is all in the heart and the human heart is evil and wretched. The only way to God is through Jesus Christ, there is no such thing as a good person, all people are putrid at best and only through grace by faith and repentence can one be saved through Jesus Christ. Other faiths are not stupid...just terribly misdirected and wrong.

Well, there is raw intelligence, which tells you it is raining outside, and there is wisdom, which tells you not to go out into the rain. I think that if you were to call someone stupid, you better do so because you are pursuant to wisdom and hate stupidity or the use of intelligence without wisdom. The Bible many times refers to what a fool is, but I think people should realize that is because it is evil to be foolish. People should call people stupid if they are stupid. Some people need to know it, and at times everyone has had to know he is stupid. No one is perfect.

Actually I think that's opposite. It's the ignorant, the ones with no intelligence that call down belief systems

Roughly an IQ of 30. Enough to form the word, "Stupid".

At the same time, name-calling isn't based on how low or high a level of intelligence they have. It is based on a need to sustain a self-esteem that is based on feeling superior to others, driven by a fear that the person themselves (the name-caller) is not that smart to begin with (whether they really are or are not is irrelevent, as their fear makes it impossible to see themselves accurately, let alone others).

It's very egocentric to call someone else stupid for their belief system.

But it's perfectly acceptable to call that egocentric person stupid.

I would venture to say that 60% of the responses on this board calling out people's "stupidity" are directed at people who refuse to see other viewpoints anyway.

Belladonna- a little black pill (one of the smallest ever manufactured) containing the very powerful hallucinogenic, Charodonna. -title of Stevie Nicks first solo album.

While stupid is used to refer to those of very low IQ, we try to use the term ignorance, being an individuals choice to ignore facts, or their lack of proper education of that which they speak.

There is no set number, because an intelligent person would not carry out those actions.

Apparently at least a college degree as I see it written here often. If that is what you get from college ,I'm glad I am God inspired and self educated.
