subject to the judgment; but whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be subject to be called before the sanhedrim; but whosoever shall say, Fool, shall be subject to the penalty of the hell of fire." Does that means that am going to hell for saying it.

My Bible must be a little different from yours, but I get your drift.

These sections really are trying to prove that we are all unworthy, and needing salvation.

Even though people believe this is the black-mail of Christianity, it is also freeing, because it gets us away from trying to classify our sins. All sins are equal in Christianity, and salvation is availble for everybody.

According to Christianity.

I think if you read this with in the context of the rest of the Bible, you'll see that Jesus is just saying that it's an important issue.

Even so, if you look at the entire concept of sin, you'll see that for every sin we commit, we are subject to the penalty of Hell. It is only by Jesus' forgiveness that we are forgiven. By this, Jesus is just saying that it is a sin to call your brother "Raca" (which is best translated "empty headed"). I don't think the Bible supports the idea of a phrase that automatically denotes you from Heaven. If you are a genuine Christian, you don't have to worry about saying a phrase that will "kill your faith".

With that being said, I don't see why a Christian would want to say that (and Jesus obviously tells us that we shouldn't).

Raca; ( means ) stupid if you read the next verse it talks about an ought against a brother, we can kill a person with our words. The Bible says don't let the sun go down on your wrath so we need not to anger against anybody we are suppose to love one another and ask for forgiveness of are wrong doings.

He is saying don't be angry with someone without cause. Anger is a natural passion; there are cases in which it is lawful and laudable; but it is then sinful, when we are angry without cause.
When you call a person a fool you go from anger to mallice.
Malice is fueled by the smoke of Hell.
Remember you can always ask for forgiveness.

When we go around calling people names we endanger our spiritual life. In order to hear the Holy Spirit our mind should be as clear as possible of anger and bad feelings. When you get mad at somebody, don’t say things that are going to cause even worse feelings. Try to work out the problem and move on as quickly as possible.

Repent, and believe the Gospel.
If you are an unbeliever, Christ wasn't talking to you.
If you are a believer, see I John 1:9.

This verse is about Judgment.

Basically, it's saying 'if you judge, you will be judged.'
Easy answer: don't judge.

About going to hell, if you have accepted Jesus and your Lord and Saviour, that's not going to happen. When we judge people, God holds back his blessing for us. When we repent of our judgment of people, ask God to bless them, and ask his forgiveness, then we are open to his blessings.
If someone does something wrong toward us, we are to forgive them. "What is bound on earth is bound in heaven, what is loosed on earth is loosed in heaven."

I hope that helps you understand it better.

God bless! :)

They are subject to the law, which means they will be punished if they do not repent.
