well considering your in the hunting section you reject. i would have to say the coach wouldn't even let you on the team for your shear stupidity. BUT, if he did and like i said since your in the hunting section... just pull out your hunting rifle and shot the guy. Oh and next time make sure you put your question in the right area.

It's all in the leg power. Exercises like Leg presses, jumpees, and squats allow you to use more force when going for the tackle

Stay low and dig with your legs. Lower your shoulders and focus on the midsection of the ball carrier. Don't be afraid to miss...it happens sometimes. Better to miss and be aggressive than to be timid and get schooled. Have fun!

Try going for his hips/thighs. This requires less force on your part yet it trips him up. He can't run if he can't move his legs.

lift weights and do plyometrics. lifts that make you stronger are sqats, dead lifts, power cleans, jammer press and jammer rotation. Make sure you work on your shoulders to protect them shoulder shrugs and military press are essential.
