The first changes that would take place is damage to your teeth and gums. Damage to your lungs is occuring of course and this becomes evident in things like not being able to walk as far without getting winded, etc.
Eventually you can always tell a smoker after decades of smoking. They tend to want to suck on a cigarette rather than eat and if they have anything it's usually gallons of coffee to go with the cigarettes, and by then they have wrinkles all around their mouths and lips from sucking on a cigarette. This is especially true of women. I think you just end up looking really haggard after 20 or 30 years of smoking and look 20 or 30 years older than you are. Your hands are usually stained (mostly men--womens are in dishwater more often I guess!) and by this point your lungs are bound to be solid black. Your gums will definitely have receded at this point and your teeth yellowed and roots exposed. Your hair and skin have no lustre whatsoever and you just look like a wrinkled prune basically.
Nothing good comes of smoking. You will hurt your unborn children as well and certainly damage them with exposure and if you have any sense of propriety you will at that point rue the day you ever started. If you have the guts to stop and can stay off them it will be the greatest achievement of your life.
Who was it that said it looks sexy?
Is kissing someone who tastes like an ashtray sexy? I think not.

some people believe it makes them look cooler, but its a mental thing. If you believe you look cool, you look cool. Another thing is that your clothes wont be as nice, cause with the price of cigarettes these days who can afford expensive clothes. Your teeth can yellow over time. You will take on a new smell. Your house, car, and belongings will all take on the same smell.

Your hair would be less shiny, your skin less youthful, your fingernails will be yellowed, you will smell bad (that makes you less attractive), your teeth will be stained, you'll get premature wrinkles around your mouth and you'll give your mother worry lines (and that's never good for YOUR appearance).
