Hi my last name is malpica, does any know were it came from, and what's its meaning.

Well, that last name is common here, in México. I live in the center, in Tlalnepantla, and the (director?) of the high school where i study has that surname. It is a very important person here, so the last name is. Last year, he wz a candidate to be the Tlalnepantla's governor, he didn't win, but he has many support of many important persons. He's very rich--->May be your surname is that important n fancy.

Malpica is a small town in Galicia, in the North West of Spain - its full name is Malpica de Bergantiños. It is an area from which many immigrants originated to all parts of the world and a fairly common Galician surname.

No, I don't. But I suggest seeing what it means in different languages, or words close to it. You know...see what they mean. Last names usually derrive from something a family was known for. So do some research! Good luck!
