I just bought a laptop in USA and I'm leaving the country next week. I can I get my sales Tax back on that?

You don't. The US sales tax isn't like the VAT many other countries have, where you can get it refunded if you take what you bought out of the country.

No sales tax is not refundable, next time wait and buy in a country where they do not charge sales tax.

Afraid not, tax is charged on the sale in a retail store and has nothing to do with you living in this country or not.

Tax is charged based on the place where you take possession of the purchase. Give it up.
