To gain you should increase your diet by about 500 calories a day. Even though you're trying to gain, keep away from bad fat, found in most junk foods, which can be pretty addictive and is bad for your pores. Eat foods high in protein, low saturated fats like tuna, other seafood (obviously not shellfish lol), chicken breast, turkey, lean meats, rice, pasta, yoghurt , etc. If you want to gain muscle mass, extra protein is the way to go, and also lift weights. And lucky you - you get to splurge on treats frequently on your diet! As I'm sure you know, remember to be very specific about your allergies if you are getting more fast food - remember to check for peanut oil, etc, etc, etc. Good luck!

Um..You should eat things with a lot of sugar and alot of meat and bread. The fastest way to gain weight is to eat a lot of junk food.

Well, if you want to get fat, eat a bunch of unhealthy stuff and never work out. If you want to gain weight, eat a fair amount of calories and make sure you work out to burn a lot of them. Muscle weighs more than fat, so aim for getting stronger and healthier.

Ice Cream, and milk. Then any kind of protein you can muster. To not get fat though you will want to do cardio and weight training. This will keep you lean and gaining weight. = ) Be prepared to get ripped.
