This question seems to invoke the words of the apostle Paul in his letter to Christians in Thessalonica. Paul mentioned this "cry" as one of the last indications that "Jehovah's day" is at hand, and Paul encouraged true Christians to remain alert.

(1 Thessalonians 5:2-6) Jehovah’s day is coming exactly as a thief in the night. 3 Whenever it is that they are saying: “Peace and security!” then sudden destruction is to be instantly upon them just as the pang of distress upon a pregnant woman; and they will by no means escape. 4 But you, brothers, you are not in darkness, so that that day should overtake you as it would thieves, 5 for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We belong neither to night nor to darkness. 6 So, then, let us not sleep on as the rest do, but let us stay awake and keep our senses.

The terms "Jehovah's day" and "day of Jehovah" are used several times in the bible in connection with the events immediately before and during Armageddon. While Armageddon will be disastrous for the enemies of God and Christ, it will mean salvation for humans who are loyal to true worship.

It is already being Cried just not officially yet, but keep watching the news it is definitely on the way, so you can see the end is very close now, the nations are working hard to try to attain this peace and security, and as soon as it looks like they have it they will cry out as if they have it even though it may not truly be the case. it truly is on the way though because, for many years people have been working toward peace and in the last few years there has been mentioned in the news by world leaders quite a few times I have heard them say that they are looking toward attaining this even mentioning those words in some cases. That is why I say it is on the way since it is on the minds of people in the lead, soon it will be announced then.
