Whoa .. 100 lbs at 5'2 and you want to lose weight. Okay well you need to eat 6 small meals a day to boost your metabolism which will burn more calories while your not active. Then do excercise such as running at least 20min a day. Honestly though you sound perfect so i dont know why you need to lose it. Make sure your small meals are healthy, including; fruits, vegetables, and lean meats such as fish and poultry. Happy dieting = )

If you work out for an hour you need to be eating three meals a day. Try to avoid carbs for dinner, and altogether if you can, it will help speed up the weightloss. cardio will help dramatically, but try to do it in the morning when you wake up, before eating, it will really help with fat deposits in your body. Kellogs cereal promotes eating cereal twice a day and a sensible dinner and people can lose up to 6 pounds in two weeks. Maybe you dont need to lose weight, maybe you just need to tone your muscles. If you are worried about belly fat, well cardio and sit ups will do the job, as well as healthy eating. Stay away from sweets, too much salt and refined (processed) foods. and dont look at the scale, look at what you look like in your clothes.

I really don't think you need to lose weight, but if you "must" I'm with Ashton M. Don't skip meals, try eating your three daily meals with little snacks in between. And remember to have balanced meals, proteins, carbs and fats.
You also have to remember that weight is relative, you could do diet and lots of exercise and it doesn't mean that you will weight less but it WILL mean that you are reducing your body fat and gaining muscle mass which is great for your body.

eating two meals is not the best way to go, because it will cause you to have more small hunger pangs during the day, which can lead to snacking. the best thing is five to six small meals a day, where in your case each meal contains about 2 to 3 hundred calories. adding on the workout is good, because that will help with toning, which as you lose weight will cause it to look more natural and not like you are starving yourself.

All you have to do is eat a heavy lunch and a little bit of dinner and some breakfast.And work out 2 hours at the gym if you want to.Then if you are ging on a date or you usaully go on a date eat a little bit.

i dont think u need dieting from what i hear. i think your just right.
but ill help you...
i felt the same way u did and ill i did was watch what i ate, no junk or anything too fatty, and i watched the amount of food that i put on my plate
i also was working out for about an hour a day.
it works!

first of all no and once i lost 3 pounds in 2 days.what i did was ate no meat an skipped breakfast and ran half a mile and now i'm fifty pounds
